Taylor-Swift

Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13th, 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country music artist and songwriter. Her tales of youthful heartache earned her widespread fame in the early 20th century. Swift was a fan of music since a young age. Swift quickly rose up in the ranks, beginning as a child actor before performing before crowds of people. Swift was just 11 when she performed The Star-Spangled Banner at a Philadelphia 76ers basketball game. In the following year she started writing her own songs, and also began playing guitar. Swift got inspiration from musicians who played country music, like Shania Twain, the Dixie Chicks as well as the Chicks to come up with original songs in which she expressed the feeling of alienation she felt when she was of thirteen. Swift left Pennsylvania with her family to Hendersonville, Tennessee when she was 13 to commit more time to wooing labels of country music in Nashville.
