Lauren Ash-Morgan is Founding Co-Artistic Director for the new theatre company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) between 2014 and 2019. She has been an actor and board member of SSC from 2011. The actress also worked for in the SSC as a producer as well as a costume/set design composer/music director and coach for text in addition to serving as Artistic Director. Although she usually led from within her acting ensemble but in the final year with SSC King Lear, she was promoted to director and lighting designer.
